Plugin that starts a shell-script if a certain player is turned on / off

Hello all,

I just had to setup a new LMS - as I tried to install the plugin "PowerCenter" it failed and I found out that it is no longer available - alas I have no copy of it anywhere - except in my old installation on a raspberry pi

I used the plugin just to launch a shell script that turns on my amplifiers (via 433MHz pilight etc.) - the plugin hands over an ID (A, B, C...) and on/off to the script "heyu" wich I used to trigger further actions - it was working very well.

Now for my questions:

1) Is there a plugin that can do the same or comparable thing?
2) Is there a way to "extract" an installed plugin from the old server and migrate it to my new installation?
3) Does anyone happen to have a zipped PowerCenter?
