rescan issue

I have a single directory set as the location for my media library:D:\FLAC. (image here:

As the partial log below shows, when the scan of the D location finishes the program starts scanning the E drive for media files (image here:

I have tried cleaning the cache before rescanning, to no effect. I can't see any reason in the log to explain why the scan continues to a drive/folder location not specified (E:\).

Never had this problem before with any version of LMS. Please help if you can, thanks.
