My Touch died last night, the unit does not power on although I can see the red optical light burning. The power adaptor is fine, it works 100% on the Classic.
I removed the two silver screens holding the Touch stand and there are two tiny little black screws holding the casing together which I have also removed. Is there anything I must be careful of before trying to prise the casing open to investigate what is happening?
