Can Touch scroll song info like an SB3?

Long time lurker here. Apologies if this question has been asked before, but search as I may, I can't seem to find it.

I have a NIB Touch purchased when they were discontinued. I bought it as a backup for my SB3 that I've been using without a hiccup since probably 2008. Since the SB3 refuses to die, I'm considering breaking the Touch out and setting it up in another room.

One of my favorite features of the SB3 is the scrolling song info that can be read from a distance. Is there any setting or plugin that allows this on the Touch? I'm not interested in album art or anything else, just green on black text large enough to be legible across the room.
