Playlist manager with Random mix

I've started using Random mix these last few months, and with Playlist manager I've started creating like 25-30 playlists. Problem is that every time LMS is updated (maybe even just restarted) Playlist manager forgets which songs have been added to which playlists, and therefore I add duplicate songs to the playlists.

Is there a way to get around this?

And, is there a way to, when editing a playlist, sort it alphabetically, so that the duplicates are easy to spot?
