LMS won't read files on USB hard drive

Likely a dumb noob question but here goes:

I'm Running a Pi 4B in Player/Server mode.
I installed and selected a Hifiberry Digi Pro+ as my output device.
I've installed and enabled exFAt file support.
LMS "sees" my USB drive and I've enabled it and clicked "Set USB Mount".
But when I start LMS in its own tab no music info appears.

The weird thing is it worked fine earlier but I re-flashed the OS and ran through the setup again so I could describe it to a buddy and now it won't "see" the files on the drive.

LMS Radio works OK, I get music.
