LMS keeps stopping

Using 7.9.2, on Windows 7.

It used to stop every 24 hours or so, so I just had to restart it. I always had to restart it twice, because the first time it would stop by itself after a few seconds. It would keep running after I started it the second time.

But now, it won't stay running after 10 tries to start it. I also tried starting in Safe Mode, but same thing.

So how do I get it to continue running, please?

SECOND UPDATE: I installed 7.9.3 from the LMS control panel and now seems to be working.

FIRST UPDATE: Rebooting the computer didn't help.
After rebooting, one time that it stopped I got a pop up box containing the following:
