LMS on Fedora 33: instructions on how to get LMS working with Perl 5.32

Does it _need_ to generate new files? Or does it so because you trigger
the full build?

AFAIK we only have two sets of those files for all platforms and
architectures. I'd be surprised if we needed new builds for this version
of Perl.
