Logitech Media Server wont start

Hi ,

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction , I am unable to start logitech media server on Debian Buster ...this is using an OSMC box running there latest Kernel , i presume something is missing from their Kernel as it was working previously . This is a fresh install and this is the output of the logs. Any ideas on where the problem could be ?
