Spotty - rate limit?

Hi all

I've started getting this on my server Advanced page, and Spotty fails to get an access token.

Access Rate limit exceeded for: browse/categories?country=GB&limit=50&locale=en_US; retry after nn seconds


I have tried with a developer client ID but still no luck. It's worked fine for months.

Can anyone suggest troubleshooting steps?
