Missing icon/artwork and What's Playing on LG Touch screen and Duet Remote

Running LMS 7.9.2 provided by PinkDot (LMS Update are updated packages based on the LMS beta packages provided by Synology)

In the overall run of things my issue is minor - I am not seeing any BBC icons or "What playing" when using both BPA's iPlayers and Radio Paradise on my Logitech Touch or Squeezebox Duet remote control screens. Album art IS visible when playing music domiciled on LMS directly (see picture below)

The BBC icon/Radio Paradise absence issue is Not present when using SqueezePlay on my computer or iPeng on my iPad. All other Client devices are piCorePlayer (4.1.0) running on Raspberry Pi 3B

Have rebooted all devices and reinstalled LMS on the server

I have been having a bit of a play with some of the various add-on's and wonder if I may have inadvertently removed a key one.

Have tried removing LMS and fresh reinstall (with default plugins loaded) but this has not resolved issue.

Accept it's a bit of a long shot but can anyone suggest how I might try and narrow down the reason for the issue (e.g. are there any LMS enhanced log files I can activate ?)
