Lost connection to logitec media server

Hi,

i'm using material skin with several erland plugins and a quite large library of 83.000 songs.
I've created a custom menu with data from custom scan (Style and Mood). Often, not everytime
Material skin lost connection to the server and the blue circle arrow blinks when i try to access those menus. After about 180 secs, the server (no more red circle in material skin) comes back with an empty Mood or Style menu.
Then going back to Top menu and to Mood/Style menu again, the menu is shown.

Of course (!) nothing special in server.log

Is this a known issue with large libraries?
