Perl Auto-Update to 5.28.3-0077 stopps LMS

My DS-1618 just installed the latest PERL-Version. In the release notes it is mentioned:
"After updating to this version, Logitech Mediaserver (EoL) will fail to start."

Exactly this happened! And my ten SB's are unusable...

Any ideas for a work around?
