Upgrade of AirPlay Bridge for AirPlay 2?

Hi

Are there any plans on supporting AirPlay 2 with AirPlay Bridge and shairport? As I guess that the number of IarPlay 2 only speakers / receivers will increase, it would be useful to have it in the Bridge?
