Touch does not go to SLEEP

One of my 3 Touch devices does not go into SLEEP. I've configured it to show the TIME when it's not playing but it never does it. It always stays at the screen of the song that was playing.

Is there a way to fix this? Do I need to RESET the device? If so, how does one perform a reset?
