cant get url to play in MY SB.com

its a previous episode from "the Power Hour". Power Hour used to play under "favorites" not found now
they send me emails and it listed this addy

I dont why its such a long url.. It will play on my comp and I downloaded it but won't Buffer but 1%. on my SB.com standa lone SB radio
anyone with advice?
