Can you see logitech media server from the web page:
http://192.168.1.3:9000/
Where 192.168.1.3 is the IP address of the computer with the LMS on it.
Instructions for finding IP address of your Windows computer:

In Linux you use.
ifconfig from the computer with LMS on it.
Substitute the address it gives you for the above then add colon 9000/
Open in web browser you should see LMS.
