Then you should try to figure out what has changed wrt. Perl in that
release.
Your log files look super noisy. You should reset the logging prefs to
defaults.
What I see is a failure to load some IPv4 related module. And that
there's a huge list of include paths. This must be something specific to
NixOS - and I can't help with that.
One other oddity is the following:
[20-05-07 11:59:27.4114] Slim::Utils::SQLiteHelper::updateProgress (471)
Notify to server failed: 500 Status read failed: Connection reset by peer
The scanner tries to report progress to LMS, but can't. Is LMS
accessible over http?

The difference would usually be what the scanner found on disk vs. what
it found in the database. If this wasn't a full wipe & rescan, then this

7.9.2 has been in the works for a year or more. Can you make sure you're
running the latest code?
