Transfering LMS playlists to Qobuz or Spotify

I have many playlists of Qobuz files stored on LMS as m3u files. I would like to quit Qobuz and join Spotify. All of the albums in the playlists are available on Spotify.

Is there a way to do the transfer automatically?

I can see online tools for transferring from Qobuz to Spotify directly, soundiiz. But I can't see a way to use them.
